After placement of order, you will soon receive an email confirmation and further guidance, at this time I will provide you with a custom request form that you may provide me with details for your memory teddy bear, such as embroidery or other personal enhancements if desired. My client list remains full year round, and at present custom orders will be delivered home to you in 4/5 months. I understand this is a long process, and thank you in advance for your patience.
